As a point of the evidence that such vicarious actions through and by the power and name of God are greater and more binding than that of this carnal world, even that of conception and birth, the Lord became of the blood of Judah by his surrogate vicarious parent Boaz. But the truth and solidifying matter is that God's Law circumvents and over-rules all such mortal ties of birth and blood. Thus Obed's tie to the Ephraimite family of Mahlon and Elimelech was of more certain force and binding, everlastingly so, than was that of the bloodline birth of Obed unto Ruth by the fatherhood of Boaz. Boaz relized this and accepted it as God's Law and he did sacrifice his wealth to bring about the course of events which would raise up seed to the dead house of Mahlon and Elimelech that the covenant blessing might continue through that promised linage which had seemingly died out. This in itself was a similitude and forshadowing of the resurrection in and through Christ, that Mahlon, though he were dead and his seed with him, so in and through the power of God was the Seed of Mahlon brought again to life by the surrogate kinsman. So it is with Christ, he does but make us His Sons and Daughters, that we might be raised again to be the Sons and Daughters of God the Father and return unto his presence. This particular similitude and foreshadow is a most beautiful one and one that has been lost to the general populous of the world as a whole. For they do not know of it nor understand it and this in part because Christ has been hid from the sight of the world by the hand of Judah and the usurption of Judah to the blessings of Joseph, which is recorded in the Bible record.

But such is the force and power of God's Law and the binding of fathers and sons to each other by his law apart from totally independant from actual mortal ancestrial ties, though we are incouraged that if all possible to persue after those mortal ancestral ties. In that same strength of God's Law, it is then easily to see and accept that we also might become sons and daughters of Christ by the mere function of God's Law. If God so proclaims it to be then so it is. As stated by John the Baptist, 'even of these stones God is capable of raising up children unto the covenant of Abraham.' 'Stones' in this sense may have been a common reference to Gentiles in the days of John the Baptist. So it is in the gospel today. If a Gentile is baptized into the Church a real physical change is effect in that man that he is changed into being of the blood of Israel and of course thus qualifying to become the sons and daughters of Christ, and God. And all will become of equal import and status unto God—That is, all will become of the House of Israel and of the Generation of Jesus Christ.

It is said the 'Israel' means 'God contended' or rather the concept is that Jacob 'conended' or 'wrestled' with God to achieve his fulfilment of his covenant blessing. And thus considered then, perhaps an even plainer and appropriate interpretaion would be 'God-Tested' or 'God-Proven'. We are all here to work out our eternal salvation in this mortal day of probation. We all have to contend with and become reconciled to God. Once we become so 'reconciled' or 'justified' before God, then we do become one of Christ's followers and one of God's people. That is we all become 'Israel'—Proved by God.

Just as the surrogate 'reverse' adoptive process of Obed becoming the son of the dead House of Mahlon and Elimelech, so also through the adoptive process of baptism does man become sons and daughters unto Christ. The power and authority of God makes it so for it is the Law of God and by that Law are we justified. Christ was of the SEED of Joseph, even Messiah ben Joseph. We are the sons and daughters of Christ, his seed in the gospel. Both done according to the Law of God as set forth unto man by the power of God.

Nichodemus once asked the Savior if in order for a man to be born again unto become a son of Christ, must he re-enter is mother's womb. Nichodemus was caught up with the physical processes of this mortality. The Lord then proceeded to explain to Nichodemus that the power of the Law of God is greater than that of the natural process of man, and that by the process of baptism and the birth of the spirit does man become a son of God. It is by the Law of God that it is done. The process of mortal birth need not be required as the Law of God rules over it.

It is by such compliance with the laws of God, his laws of performance, his commandments, and his righteousness, that we become even as God is and one in and with God. We actually become a part of 'Jesus' Generation' and saved in Christ unto God. We have conformed ourselves to God's standards of righteousness. And we have done it according to our own agency—of our own free will. And rather than just becoming 'rubber stamped' into righteousness, we have entered that exalted state through and by our own 'wrestlings' with God and in and by our selfcontrolled complinance to the mind and will of God. In this we are self actuated.

Such compliance with the rules of eternity as compliance to the ways of 'rightness' in God, are the exact rule of conduct necessary to obtain and maintain an eternal existence. Is it any wonder that such as 'Thou Shalt Not Kill' is an eternal law of righteousness which must be applied to being an eternal son or daughter in the Kingdom of God? So it is with all the other ways of God that must be accepted and complied with. To not do so would not only contort and disallow and eternal existance, it is also that which is held out to be as the rebellion against God and the ways of eternity.

And you can still retain your individuality of being your own person, as you have self complied to the eternal facts of the matter, by coming to that understanding and conclusion yourself. That is no 'rubber stamp of character'. It is coming to terms with what are the eternal laws and the fact that to obtain immortality and eternal life such must be adhered to. Simply put, to live safe in the protection of the ship at sea, you must stay inside of the boat. Not to do so would be in and of itself an act against that self-preservation rule of staying safe at sea. Just how long do you think you could keep yourself afloat out side the boat of compliance in the middle of the ocean? That is the meaning of the perserving forces of compliance to and with the laws of God in eternity. And my advise is to 'Not Give Up the Ship' over some foolish notion that you are just going to go about doing your own thing and thereby jumping right on overboard and becoming so lost and terminated in the vastness of the ocean of non-compliance to the rule and regulations of survival. To do so only leads to self destruction.

Many today are on that path of self destruction. They continue to 'play outside of the protection of the boat.' And for the little while of this mortality, they seem to be able to survive outside the boat as long as they can tread water. Such just going along in one's own way of non-compliance to God's laws in life can even seem to have some immediate short term 'benefits'. It is fun to swim free and splash around in the water without having to be confined to he quarters of the ship. But such only last in this life as in the end of this mortality we all do die. But from an eternal perspective and living forever, having immortality and eternal life, the confines of the laws of God is the only controlled sure measures to so continue to existed eternally without death. While the simple analogy may seem a weak one, it is a true fact in the continued existence of eternity. The rules and the laws of eternity must be complied with. The rules, laws and commandedments of God must be obeyed. Lucifer himself is one such example of such a lost cause in the eternal perspective. He now will never be all that he cold have been is the eternal life perspective of being one in and with God for eternity.

And yet, it is the carnal nature of the creature to be just that flippant and out of control to blindly demand their self extravigance here below that will in the eternity to come be their total undoing and demise. It is called being your own person and doing whatever you want to do without regard to consequences either in the short term or in the long term of eternity. For such it become almost an necessary positon of mind to deny any such thing as life after the mortal death little alone an eternal existance. To so comtemplate and consider is but an enemy to their totally uncontrolled way and manner of living they have chosen to persue. And so it is with their wrestle with God they are lost already as they continue to regress here below.
