89. Judah in Ancient and Concurent Parallel NOT of Christ.

While Christ is so very connected to Joseph, in no wise is he connected as stongly to Judah but in the negative. And except as set forth as he being the Son of David, who is published by the Jews to be Jewish by the bloodline of Boaz while ignoring the heirship line of Mahlon and the house of Elimelech, there is little else which connects Jesus to Judah. So pronounced are all the negative parallels which connect Judah to not being the true ancestor to Christ that it is at a point which does defy coincidence in any statement that Jesus was a Jew but by national association. From Judah being the unfaithful son of Jacob, the betrayer, he that sought to destory the rightful son and to falsely usurp to the position by the demise of the true son, to Judas Iscariot's betrayal of the Christ, there is much which sets forth that Judas was the false son and not the true son, the rightful ancestor of Jesus.

Just as the true life drama played out in the time King Solomon when he heard and judged the case of the two women, the house of Leah falsely does tend to claim the living son, the Messiah, even after having overlaid him in his crucifixion and death.

At that time of Jesus' life, when the Jews ought to have received and accepted 'their Messiah', they in facted rejected him and denied him.

In life Judah was wicked and Jesus was without sin. Judah, as a married man, committed adultry with his daughter-in-law. Against he brother Joseph, Judah was leader among those who sought to murder Joseph and would have followed through with that intend if it were not for Reuben's intervention. Jesus on the other hand seeks to save and redeem his brother even as did Joseph in Egypt.

Even after Judah failed to have Joseph killed, he sought next to sell him into slavery and 'sure death' for the price of a slave. Thirty peices of silver was the price paid to Judas in his betrayal of Jesus, Judas being the only Judean among the disciples of Christ.

Judah was self centered and self serving. He was in it for what it was that he could get out of it for himself. Christ was the lowliest of all and did serve all mankind in bring to pass the path whereby man might be saved. In this Jesus was completely selfless and did seek to serve his fellow man often without any thought for himself.

Judah was not the son of the 'birthright' the right of the firstborn, even the scriptures point that out (1 Chron 5:1-2, Jer. 31:9). And thus Judah had not right of claim upon the blessings of the covenant of the birthright blessings in their highest selective aspects. The right of the blessing that the 'seed' which was to save mankind was to be the descendant of Abraham according to the blessings of the birthright. That was Joseph's blessing by the default of Reuben and the righteousness of Joseph as so bestowed by Jacob upon Joseph and the sons of Joseph. And though Judah may claim 'blood ancestry' to Jesus per Boaz's act of being surrogate redeemer and raising up 'seed' unto the dead according to the God's Law, the fact that Obed was lawfully of the House of Elimelech and Mahlon is a fact though often chosen to be forgotten or manipulated by the Jews.

When one does consider the parallel of the story of the two women before Solomon and the one son, consider what a life the son would have if given to the false mother. He would always be resented and mistreated because he truely was not her son. And this is exactly how the Jews treated Jesus. They did all sorts of evil against him. They sought his life as even did the false mother in the story, wanting the child to be cut in half rather than to sacrifice all to save him. They mocked him, spit upon him, tortured him, beat him, brought false judgment against him, called for his death by crucifixion, and took his life blood upon them as they demanded that he be put to death.

While in Joseph's life there is found a multitude of parallelisms with the life of Jesus Christ, it is not so of the life of Judah. Jesus and the official position of Judah and the Jewish leadership of Jesus' day were as opposite as night and day. Those Jews of Jesus day wanted no part with him unless he would be their puppet in doing what they commanded him to do before the eyes of the people. And as Jesus but sought the welfare of man, they sought in every way to oppose him, fearing that he would take from them their positions of agrandizement before the eyes of the people. They feared how the comman man flock to Jesus, that they would loose their position in the hierarchy of the day to Jesus. And they let that envy and jealousy lead them to seek to distroy him and murder him. Thouse Jesus was the son and heir, the Jews sought to take from him even that which was by right his as the true heir of the Father, which Judah and the Jews were indeed NOT. And just as the kiss of Judas did betray the Lord by that false face of love, so did Judah and the Jews also reject and falsify their love for the Lord in seeking but the things of the world at the expense of God.
