Thus were the sodomites, the male prostitutes of illicit degenerate behavior
and debauchery, such as homosexuality, orgies, rape and sexual sin of all
manner outside the institution of marriage of man to a woman, and they were
removed from the land of Israel. That is exiled unto other
lands where such practices were more common due to the corruption of the other
surrounding kingdoms.
