5a He shall not return into the land of
Egypt The scattering of Israel was not unto Egypt and into Africa.
It was to the north and to Assyria. This may well have some purpose in to
whom and when the priesthood was first given in the latter days. First unto
those to whom Ephraim was scattered for it was with Ephraim/Israel to whom
the covenant and responsibility of restoration and fulfilling the covenant
of Abraham laid, and thence from Ephraim and his companions to the world.
