6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness:
therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness
above thy fellowsa.
8 All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.

7a therefore God, thy God, hath anointed
thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows The Psalm is
speaking of the God of the Old Testament, David's God. And then is states
that the God of David's God had anointed him above his fellows. This is a
direct reference to the preexistence anointing of Jehovah by God the Father
of Spirits. We know and understand that the Father of Spirits did call and
sellect Jehovah His Firstborn Son in the spirit to be the Redeemer of mankind
during the Second Estate. He made him, anointed him, to be the Ministering
God of this second temporal estate, and under the direction of God the Father
of Spirits did Jehovah, who is the same as Jesus Christ, perform the temporal
creation of these physical heavens and earth.
