7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all
the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be
destroyed for evera:
8 But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore.
9 For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
|
7a they shall be destoryed for ever
The final outcome is already determined. Despite that Satan and his 'angels'
do still remain in this fallen realm, they will be once and for all subdued
and placed in the sides of the pit, never to reappear again, thus being
ended therein and 'destroyed' as to association with God for ever more.
