In the Name of God Amen I Joan Luskey of the Parish of Northill in the County of Cornwall, Widow being Sick and Weak of Body but perfect of a perfect Sound & Disposing Mind and Memory praised be God, do Make and Ordain this to be my Last Will & Testament --- hereby Revoking all other Wills & Testaments to me heretofore Made & Ordained in Mannor & form following.

Impris First I Give and Bequeath my Soul into the hands of God Almighty my Maker hoping through the Morritorious Death and Passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour & Redeemer to Recieve free pardon & forgiveness of all My Sins & as to my body I Leave it to the Discretion of my Executor hereafter Named to have a Decent Christian Buriall.

Item I Do Give and Bequeath unto my Son Richard Luskey the Sum of one hundred pounds to be paid at the End of two years after my Death, and I also Give unto him one Bed ________ now at the Calstock, one Brass Clock or Pott the Greatest Round Bottoms Brass _____ ___ Dishes ___ Tin ______

Item I Do Give, Devise, and Bequeath unto my Son Richard Luskey and Nicholas John & the Survivor of them the Sum of Ninty three pounds thirteen Shillings & four Pence to be paid at the End of two years after my Death in Speacial Trust and Confidence and for the whole & Sole Seperate Use.

Item _ill and Behoose of my Daughter Elizabeth Colling, Now wife of Robert Colling her _____ ____ or Assignees to Devise the Same by _______ ________ otherwise in any Manner what She thinks Proper Whatsoever to her Will & pleasure and ____. Discharge to the Said Trustees to be _____________ to all Intents & Purposes at any time hereafter

Item I Doe Give unto Each of my Grandchildren one Guinea of Gold to be paid by my Exec. hereafter Named at the End of one year after Decease.

Item I Doe Give unto my Brother Richard Crabb a half Guinea of Gold to be paid at the End of one year after my Death and Doe Give unto Emey? Luskey a half Guinea & to Robert Colling a half Guinea.

Item all the Rest of my Goods, Lands and Tenements, Debts and Credits known and Unknown, I Doe Give Devise & Bequeath unto my Son William Luskey his heirs and assigns forever, the Lands being still Chargeable for paying the abovesaid Legacies, and I Doe Make & Ordain my Said Son Wm Luskey my whole and Sole Exec: of this my Last Will and testament to paying all my Debts and Legacies in Manner as abovesaid. (I Do Mary Luskey the wife of Wm Luskey a half Guinea)
