In the Name of God Amen I Richard Luskey of the parish of Northill in the County of Cornwall, being feeble and Sick of body but perfect of mind and memory \ thanks be to Allmighty God for the Same and having a mind to dispose of that which God of his great Bounty & goodness hath bestowed upon me, doe make this my last Will & Testamt., revoking & disanulling all former Wills made by me in manor & forme following (that is to Say) Impris I bequeath my Soull into the hands of Allmighty God my maker in & thro Jesus Christ my only Saviour & Redeemer & my body to desent & Xtian burial.

Item I give unto my Son William Luskey all my Messuage & Tenemt. ______ Tresernoll in the parish of Northill imediatley after my death reserving out of the Same to my Executor the ______grains in Kitt hill & the _____ & grains growing in Bove Towne and the Village of three _____ more in Kitthill unless two _____ in Kitthill, the two last _____, which my Son William Luskey Shall have, and I doe ________ reserve to my Exect. the after grass in Kitthill and the grass in ____ Towne for one years after my death, And with also if that the Said William Luskey Shall pay out of the Said Tenement unto my Excr. the Sum of one hundred poinds of lawfull money of Great Brittain / that is to Say / fifty pounds to be paid within one year after my death, and the other fifty pounds within one year & half after my death, And I do also reserve the grass in hookland to by Excr. one year after my death

Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth Luskey thirty pounds if She do Marry with William Rippor to be paid her within one year after Such Marriage Provided allways and further my Will is that if my Said Daughter do or Shall Marry with any other ______ then I give her two hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Brittain to be paid her within one year after Such Marriage

Item I give unto my Wife all my Land in Treanehorne to my Wife _________________ after my death ________ ___ the Same to her & her _______ forever, And also I give unto my S______ ____________ ____________ Estate in Bennetts Tenement in ________ aforesaid ____ I give _________ ______ ______ ____ twenty Sl_____ th__ ___ ___ ____ ______ ____ _____ ______ ____ Six poster ____ ___ knowing ____

Item I give unto my son William Luskey ___ ____ his heirs after my death

Item I give unto my Sister Mary Luskey one Guinea of Gold to be paid her within one year after my death

Item I give unto my Brother John Luskey ____ daughters one Guinea of Gold _____ to be paid them with one year after my death

Item I give unto my Servant Thomas L____ twenty Shillings to be paid him at the end of his Apprenticeship

Item I give unto William Symons twenty Shillings to be paid him with one year after my death

Item I give unto Bridget Bartlett my Servant twenty Shillings to be paid her within one Year after my beath, if She be then living with me at the time of my death,

Provided allways & further my Will is that the Legacyes & Estates before herein given unto my Said Wife Shall be in full ____ ___ _ _______ after ___ _____ and that the bond of two hundred pounds which I have given in Marriage to _________ in Trust for her be delivered up unto my Excr.

All the rest of my goods _____ & _____ not formerly given & bequeathed I give & bequeath unto my Son Richard Luskey ______ I do hereby make my whole & Sole Excr. of this my last Will & Testament paying all my debts and Legacyes & __ing this my Will & _______.
