An Old Testament prophet who foretold the doom of Edom. He prophesied possibly during the reign of Jehoram (848-844 B.C.) or during the Babylonian invasion in 586 B.C.

The book of Obadiah: A book in the Old Testament. It has only one chapter. In it, Obadiah wrote of the downfall of Edom and prophesied that saviors shall stand upon Mount Zion.
