The connection between man and God, between heaven and earth, is conveyed by
the 'power' of the Spirit. This Spirit and power of God comes to man by the
presence and influence of the Holy Spirit. The connection between the
priesthood and power of God and heaven is inseparable from the Spirit. This
power is exercised only in conjunction with the presence and influcence of
the Holy Spirit, and without it there is no power and authority.
