One online report states that Abraham Masters married Phillippa Hender, daughter to a
former schoolmaster here (Port Isaac). But as seen on the OPC parish marriage record her
name is Philadelphia and not just Phillippa. Now as a trained School Master, they would
have traveled around for such training and work locations, thus perhaps there is a child
missing from this family of Joseph and Philadelphia Hender not on OPC or maybe in another
county. To be a School Master, Joseph Hender may have trained out of county and maybe
that is where another child may be found?
