Our Adams Cousins - Laneast (Cont.)We have set out such Adams family cousins per the first marriage of John Adams to Joan Hill on a separate page. Here we well consider those cousin who are from John Adams' second marriage to Sarah Bath. Now Philip Ham was of Laneast when he first married Jane/Joan Venning. But after the had their daughter Salome Ham, Jane Died. And then Philip, now removed from Laneast to Trewen, married as his second wife Honour Adams. After some years at Trewen, the family moved to St Minver where Philip and Honour had their last born child, Jenifer Ham. It was while living at St. Minver that John Adams, Honour's father, wrote his will and referenced her as Honour Ham of St. Minver as being one of his daughters. Now Sarah Adams of this family, married Thomas Hender and they became one of my sets of 4th great grandparents. William Adams married Jane Chapman and their family is presented below. As for Christian Adams, she was metally challenged, never married and was in the care of either her half brother John Adams or her sister Sarah Adams Hender, my 4th great grandmother. |
