In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Collett of the parish of ffilley in the County of Cornwall Yeoman being in health of Body and of a Sound and disposed mind and memory but mindfull of my Mortal State do lay hold of the Present favourable Opportunity for making my last Will and Testament --- I do in manner and form following Hereby revoking all former and other Wills or testaments by men at my time made, In the first place I Commend my Soul to God the Giver thereof hoping and trusting in his mercy through the Merit and mediation of my Saviour Jesus Christ for a free pardon of all my Sins and Offences and Everlasting happiness in the Life to Come and my Body I Committ to the Earth to be decently Interred at the Discretion of my Executrix herein after named and as for my worldly Estate and Effects I Give and Dispose of the same as follows.

IMPs. I Give and Bequeath unto Each of my Sons Richard, Thomas, John, Zacharias, Hugh, Benjamin, and Henry the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be paid them Respectively within Twelve months after my Decease.

Item I Give and Bequeath unto Each of my Daughters Anne, Frances and Joan the Sum of Ten Pounds Sterling to be paid them Respectively within Twelve months after my Wife's Decease.

Item all the Rest and Residue of my Goods and Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever I Give and Bequeath unto my Dear wife Susanna Collett(Collect) during her natural Life - - ---

I also make Constitute and Appoint whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament (Turnover) She paying all my Just Debts and Legacies, and from and after the Death of my said wife it is my will and Meaning and I do hereby Order that such my said Goods, Chattels, Real and personal Estate or the Value thereof in money my Just Debts and Legaceys Being first paid shall be Equally Divided Between and amongst all my Sons.

In Witness whereof I have here unto Set my Hand and Seal the Six day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Nine.
