The last Will and Testament of me William Hender of the Parish of Altarnun in the County of Cornwall Clock and Watchmaker First I give unto my Wife Elizabeth Rowe Hender all my dwelling houses gardens orchards and every of the appurtenances thereto belonging situate at Venterdon in the parish of Stokeclimsland during her natural life and after her decease to go to my children as hereinafter stated

Also I give unto my said Wife all my household Furniture and to take possession of the same immediately after my decease Also I give unto my Daughter Louisa Hender (after my said Wife's decease) all that Tenament called Weeks's Tenament consisting of the dwelling houses Pigs horses gardens and Orchard situate at Venterdon in the Said parish of Stokeclimsland the south side of the road to her her heirs or assigns for ever

Also I give unto my two Sons William Worth Hender and Thomas Rowe Hender (after my said Wife's decease) all my dwelling houses gardens etc. known by the name of Houghton's Tenament situate at Venterdon aforesaid the North side of the Road in the said parish of Stokeclimsland to them their heirs or assigns for ever

Also I give unto my daughter Amelia Olver the sum of Ten pounds and I bind my houses given to my daughter Louisa Hender with the payment of the said Legacy of Ten pounds to be paid at the end of Twelve months next after my said Wife's decease I bind the before mentioned premises given to Louisa Hender situate at Venterdon with the payment of Forty pounds towards paying off the Mortgage charged on the said premises and the remaining Two hundred and twenty pounds of the Mortgage money to be paid out of the before mentioned premises given to my said Sons William Worth Hender and Thomas Rowe Hender situate at Venterdon aforesaid

Also I give unto my said Sons all my working Tools and materials to be divided between them immediately after my decease my wearing apparel to be divided between my two Sons and my Wife's wearing apparel to be divided between my aforesaid two daughters immediately after my decease and my Wife's decease I hereby nominate and appoint by said Wife Elizabeth Rowe Hender the whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Witness my hand this fifteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty seven-

Offical etc. And Administration of all and singular the goods etc of the said deceased and any way concerning the said Will was granted to Elizabeth Rowe Hender the Widow of the said Deceased & sole Executrix named in the said Will.
