The last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Moon of Little Treeheer in the County of Cornwall Spinster now residing at No. 21 Ebrington Street Plymouth

I hereby give and bequeath unto my friends Mr. Alfred Narracott of East Stone House and Mr. Richard Penwardeon Junior of Launceston the whole of my personal property of the sum of Three hundred pounds now in the hands of my Brother Edward Moon of Treeheer in the County of Cornwall and which sum of Three hundred pounds was bequeathed to me by the will of my late Father Mr. Nicholas Moon together with the interest due thereon at the time of my decease In trust for the uses and purpose hereinafter mentioned viz that within twelve months after my decease they my beforenamed Executors in Trust shall pay unto my brother Nicholas Moon the sum of Fifty pounds and the like sum of Fifty pounds unto my brother Cornelius Moon And that as soon as convienent after my decease I desire my Executors in Trust to call in from my Brother Edward Moon the before named sum of Three hundred pounds together with interest due thereon and invest the same after discharging the before named Legacies and all my just debts as well (H Elizabeth Moon H) as my Funeral and testamentary expenses and invest the residue and remainder thereof in good Land__? or Government Securities and that they do and shall pay over all interest as it becomes payable uto my Sister Mary Ann Snell (the Wife of William Snell) for her own entire use and benefit during her natural life after her decease I direct that the said sum whatever it may be shal be divided share and share alike between the children of my said Sister or to the survivor or survivors of them I hereby give and bequeath all my household furniture wearing apparel writing Desk and Work box to my beforenamed Sister Mary Ann Snell as well as to any other article not before mentioned being my property and I hereby request my friends Mr. Alfred Narracott and Mr. Richard Penwardon Junr. to reimburse themselves all reasonable costs and charges consequent upon the execution of their said trusts and I hereby direct that they shall not be liable for the non-application or mis-application of the property thus left under their management in direction (H Elizabeth Moon H) In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of June and thousand eight hundred and forty one

Signed sealed delivered and declared by the said Elizabeth Moon the Testatrix as and for her last Will & Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Proved in Common form the 24th November 1841 before Geo B Gibbons Clerk Surrogate etc. Admion of all & singular the Goods etc of the said deceased and any way concerning the said ?__? was granted to Richard Penwardon Jr. one of the Exors in Trust Reserved to Alfred Narracott the other Executor in trust
