I Mary Luskey of the Parish of Northhill in the County of Cornwall Widow Considering the uncertainty of Life do hereby make by last Will and Testament First I resign my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God the giver of all Good things and my Body I leave for Decent Burial at the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named hoping for a joyful resurection and trusting in the Merits of our blessed Saviour Jesus Christ for remission of my Sins And as to the Worldly Goods wherewith it hath Pleased God to bless me I dispose of them in manner and form following, that is to Say, after payment of my just Debts and funeral Charges

I Give and bequeath to my Son William Luskey the Sun of Twenty One Pounds

I Give to my Son in law John Wevill of the Parish of Lewanick in the said County, Yeoman and to William Wevill, John Wevill the younger Joan the Wife of William Daw and Jane the Wife of Robert Peter Sons and Daughters of the said John Wevill the Sum of two Pounds and two Shillings each. And to Edward Wevill, Richard Wevill, Mathew Wevill, and Elizabeth Wevill Sons and Daughter of the said John Wevill the Sum of Nine Pounds and Nine Shillings each.

I Likewise Give to my Son in Law Richard Reed of the Parish of Lezant in the said County Yeoman and to Walter Reed Son of the Said Richard Reed the Sum of two Pounds and Two Shillings each. And to Mary Reed, Richard Reed the youngar, Elizabeth Reed the Youngar, Joan Reed, Jane Reed, and Wiliam Reed, Sons and Daughters of the said Richard Reed the Sum of Nine Pounds and Nine Shillings Each

I also Give to my Daughter Grace Hender of the Parish of Altarnun in the said County Widow and to Thomas and William Hender her Sons the Sum of Two Pounds and two Shillings each, and to Elizabeth Hender and Mary Hender Daughters of the said Grace Hender the Sum of Nine Pounds and Nine Shillings each And my Will is that the respective Legacies above mentioned shall be paid to the Several lagatees by my Executrix at the expiration of Twelve Months after my Decease except to those of my Grandchildren who shall not be of the Age of Twenty one Years at the expiration of the said Twelve Months in which case I order and direct that the same shall be paid to each as they shall arrive at the age of Twenty One Years respecting the males and on their arrival at the like Age of Twenty one Years, or Days of Marriage respecting the Females which ever shall first happen --

Lastly All the rest residue and remainder of my Goods and Chattles I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Luskey of the Parish of Northill aforesaid Spinster whome I Constitute and appoint to be whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all and every other Will and Wills hertofore by me made In Witness whereof I Have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Seventh Day of June in the year of our lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Six --

Signed Sealed Published and Declared to be the Last Will & Testament of the Testratrix Mary Luskey in whose presence and at whose request and in the Presence of each other it is attested by us --

The before written Will of the above Named Mary Luskey Deced is a True Copy Compared and Examined with the Original this Second Day of July 1778 by us

The before written Will of the before Named Mary Luskey Deced was Proved in Common form the 26th June 1778 Before the Revd MA James Walker Clerk Bacholar of Law officiel etc. And Admion of the Goods of the said Deceased and of all things howsoever concerning the said Will was Granted to the Executrix therein Named being first Sworn to Saving etc.
