My 8th Great Grandfather was John Luskey who married Mary last name unknown. They are known to have had 5 children as follows:
One of my 7th Great Grandfathers was Richard Luskey, who was christened on the 14th of August, 1655 at North Hill. He married Joane Crabb on the 14th of July, 1696 at North Hill, and his will was processed on the 2nd of May 1720. In Richard's will he names his son and my 6th Great Grandfather William Luskey, his daughter Elizabeth Luskey who is in line to marry William Rippar but possibly will marry someone else as she'd get more from the will if she did, and his son Richard Luskey. He also names his brother John Luskey and his sister Mary Luskey which ties him to his father's and mother's family, John and Mary Luskey above. Richard and Joane had three known children each named in both their wills and they are as follows:
Both Richard and Joane left wills. Joane's will was dated 25th of November, 1737 some 17 years after her husbands will. In her will she names her son Richard Luskey, her daughter Elizabeth now the wife of Robert Collings, and her son and my 6th Great Grandfather William Luskey. She also names William's wife, my 6th Great Grandmother, Mary Luskey in her will. And lastly she names her brother Richard Crabb to establish her madian name as Crabb.
One of my 6th Great Grandfathers was William Luskey, who was christened on the
16th of July, 1699 at North Hill. He married Mary Barriball the daughter of
John Barribal and Grace Cunning. She was christened at North Hill on the 18th
of September, 1698. William Luskey died the 4th day of February 1776 aged 76.
Mary Luskey, his wife died the 24th day of October 1777 aged 79. The walled
tomb that marks their graves and that of Jane their daughter as mentioned in
the will of their daughter, Mary Luskey, is shown
at the right. The picture
was provided by Lynette Hall of Australia who has visited the site at the
North Hill Church yard. William and Mary had 7 known children as follows:

All three wills of William Luskey,
Mary (Barriball) Luskey, and

their spinster daughter solidify the identity of this family and their tie
into my Hender families of Altarnun. The will of William Luskey names all
four children of their daughter Grace and John Hender my 5th Great Grandparents.
The will of William Luskey's wife, Mary Luskey, names Grace Hender her daughter
and her two sons William Hender and Thomas Hender my 4th Great Grandfather.
