Raby age 30, and George Raby age 26. * Though these cousin relations are to my self, at this point Richard Stephens Raby and Charlotte Raby are marrying their cousin, as both are the grand children of John Raby and Susanna Snell and the children of the brothers of George Raby and John Raby. Also the wives of these two brothers are also distant cousins, sharing the same grandparents of Edward Moon and Jenny Morshead. Jane Moon, the wife of George Raby is the daughter of Nicholas Moon, who is the son of Edward Moon and Jenny Morshead. And John Raby's wife is Jane Stephens who is the daughter of Jenny Moon, the sister of Nicholas Moon and daughter of Edward Moon and Jenny Morshead. Further the brother, George and John Raby, are also distantly related to their wives, Jane Moon and Jane Stephens in that their mother decesends from two half sisters by a common mother Elizabeth Pyne, the daughter of Denzill Pyne and his wife, another different earlier Jane Stephens born in the late 1600s. The other Jane Stephens being born 1808 but both seemingly of Liskeard. In short, this family has for a good part an local neighborhood gene pool through their two parents Richard Stephens Raby and Charlotte Raby. ** On a separate census a Steward Raby is listed in the stead of Howard Raby. Never do they appear together. Might be same person duplicated under another name for some reason?
