Some of the things which Robert's Will provides is that he is a member of this moon family as he names his two brothers Nicholas and Cornelius, and his three sisters Jenny Moon, Elizabeth Moon and Ann Moon which implies their ages as not being married as of the date of his will written 1805. He also names his brother-in-law Joseph Moon of High[er] Clicker as father of his nephew Charles Moon. This he does as Robert's sister Susanna Moon [deceased], who would be the wife of Joseph Moon of High Clicker died and was buried 3 December 1795, some 10 years before his 1805 will. Robert also mentions his mother as living which fits because Jenny Moon's will and death comes in 1815, some 10 years later. It also implies that Robert is not married and has no children of his own. If further seems to indicate that at the date of 1805, the family was residing at Trewen of Liskeard and that they did deal is sheep as Robert was stated as a woolstapler. As pertaining to any confussion concerning Robert Moon only naming one of Joseph Moon's sons of High Clicker, that being Charles and not Jospeh as well, in the will of Jenny Moon of 1815, she does name both Joseph Moon and Charles Moon as her grandsons, son of Joseph Moon, which would be that Joseph Moon of High Clicker who had married Susanna Moon daughter of Jenny Moon and Edward Moon of Trewen of Liskeard at the time of her Will as well.
